This digital platform called Appel d’aiR is developed and published by AI Cargo Foundation which is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that the use of our services, tools, internal websites, data exchange and processing platforms when your visit to our website or platform is completely secure.

AI Cargo Foundation has set up a personal data processing system. This in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (RGPD) n°2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the 27th of April 2016 and the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of the 6th of January 1978 called “Informatique et libertés”, as amended.

COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

AI Cargo Foundation stores only the personal data necessary for you to access and use our services. This personal data includes, but is not limited to email address, telephone number, and other payment processing information as well as document payment processing and document creation data. At your request we will delete your personal data.

We only use your personal information to provide you with the products and services you have expressly requested.

Data exchange:

As part of AI Cargo Foundation’s services, you may be required to transfer both personal and non-personal data to us to process in order to provide our services. This may include personal data that you warrant that you are entitled to disclose to us for the purposes of the services we provide. In this context, we ensure that the data is anonymised and/or used within the limits of the present document.

The information that you provide when you join our association or access our websites, that you connect to our services (website, platform, login, identifier) or that you transfer to us as part of a service, is treated in the strictest confidentiality.

Each member declares that it will only share personal data for which they have any rights authorising them to process and communicate.
